Timeline

Please allow 1-7 days for deliveries within Egypt, 3-15 days for international deliveries.

Charges 

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at check out based on location and weight of the items (if international).
Cash-on-delivery is only available for orders within Egypt.

Returns

Important Note

Please ensure you view the size chart for each item before placing your order. When in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us via Instagram messages, email or WhatsApp and our team will help you out with the size and fit.

Egypt Orders

The delivery courier will deliver the items to your address and wait outside until you try them on. If you wish, you may return the whole order or part of the order with him. In case you accepted the order and later decided to return or exchange the items, then kindly contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order to create a return request which will incur additional pick-up charges. Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with tags intact. After receiving the item, our team will transfer the money back to you.
 

UAE Orders

Returns will incur additional shipping & handling fees ranging from AED50-150 depending on the emirate, with possibility of free drop-off to our location in Dubai. Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with tags intact. Once we receive the items in the correct condition, a full refund will be issued to the customer’s account. Contact us for easy assistance within the UAE.

All Other International Orders 🌍

Returns will incur additional shipping & handling fees depending on the country. Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with tags intact. You will need to send us a photo of the item before we process the return. Once we receive the items in the correct condition, a full refund will be issued to the customer’s account.
